Progress Stats

I'm sure as I go along I'll be more interested in revealing progress photos, ....maybe after getting a gym membership. Anyway, for now it's just the numbers. (I need a tape measure too.)

Keto Day 1: 215.2 lbs.
Day 3: 211.2 lbs.
Day  4: 209.4 lbs (this must be the water weight coming off from lack of carbs, because that's nearly 6 lbs.)
Day 5: 209.6 lbs
Day 6: 209.6 lbs (OK, so the water weight is off and we are waiting for fat burn stage)
Day 7: 209.6

End of Week One Notes: I'm eating under 1600 calories a day but with no exercise I'm just maintaining.



Day 8: 209.6
Day 9: 209.6 Seriously???
Day 10: 209.0 FINALLY SOME TINY MEASURE OF PROGRESS!!!!
